What is included with my order?
Please check the product description and variant selection for dimensions, materials, and package contents. If anything is unclear, email sales@clestic.com before ordering.
Will colors look exactly the same as they do on screen?
Colors can vary slightly because of lighting, photography, and screen settings. Handmade and textured items may also have small natural variations.
Shipping
How long does processing take?
In-stock orders normally leave our facility within 3 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Products marked handmade, made-to-order, or backordered may need more time.
What does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is $8. Eligible orders of $79 or more receive free standard shipping after discounts and before taxes. Expedited shipping is $15 when available.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery generally takes 8–15 business days after shipment. Expedited delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after shipment when available.
Returns
What is the return window?
Eligible unused and unwashed items may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back; approved return instructions and the correct address will be provided.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
