Shipping Policy
Clestic Home currently ships to eligible U.S. addresses. Available shipping methods and the final rate are displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
In-stock orders normally leave our facility within 3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Handmade, custom, made-to-order, or temporarily backordered products may require additional processing time as stated on the product page or order confirmation.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: $8
- Free standard shipping on eligible orders of $79 or more after discounts and before taxes
- Expedited shipping: $15 when available
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery generally takes 8–15 business days after shipment. Expedited delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after shipment when available. During major holidays, sales events, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other exceptional periods, delivery may take longer and can extend to approximately 25 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier and email sales@clestic.com with your order number. For damaged deliveries, keep the product and packaging and send clear photos so we can review the issue.
